ERP & Finance
Microsoft Dynamics 365 implemented, migrated, and supported, with the financial controls and security your auditors expect built in from day one.
Most ERP projects don't fail on the software. They fail on the chart of accounts nobody agreed to, the data nobody cleaned, and the approval workflow that never matched how the business actually spends money. We start there.
Microsoft offers two very different ERP products under one brand, and picking the wrong one is an expensive mistake. Dynamics 365 Business Central fits small and mid-sized organizations that need real accounting, inventory, and project costing without an enterprise implementation. Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is built for complexity, multiple legal entities, multi-currency consolidation, intercompany transactions, and manufacturing or distribution at scale. We help you choose honestly, including when the answer is that you aren't ready for either yet.
Whether you're outgrowing QuickBooks, carrying a legacy ERP nobody wants to touch, or running the business out of spreadsheets that only one person understands, the migration is the risky part. We handle chart of accounts design, master data cleanup, opening balances, and historical data, then reconcile the new system against the old one before you cut over. You close one more period in parallel, prove the numbers tie, and only then switch.
We configure the general ledger, sub-ledgers, fixed assets, and bank reconciliation so month-end is a routine rather than a fire drill. That includes approval workflows that reflect your real spending authority, recurring journals, allocations, and the financial reporting your leadership and lenders actually ask for.
This is where our security background changes the outcome. ERP security roles are usually assigned once during go-live and never revisited, which is how one person quietly ends up able to create a vendor, approve an invoice, and release the payment. We design role-based access with genuine segregation of duties, document it, and produce the evidence your SOC 2, or financial statement audit requires. Our compliance and risk practice carries that through the rest of your environment.
Dynamics rarely stands alone. We build the connections to payroll, banking, CRM, e-commerce, and reporting using Power Platform, Dataverse, and the Azure integration services, so data moves automatically instead of through a monthly export somebody forgets. Where automation genuinely pays off, our AI practice applies it to invoice capture, coding, and reconciliation.
After go-live you get people who can answer both halves of the question, why the posting hit the wrong account and why the integration timed out. We handle release management across Microsoft’s update cadence, testing changes before they reach your production environment rather than after.
Outcomes
Reconciliations, allocations, and approvals run inside the system instead of across a dozen spreadsheets, so finance spends month-end explaining the numbers rather than assembling them.
Sales, operations, and finance work from the same data. When leadership asks what a job actually cost, there's one answer rather than three competing versions.
Access is role-based, duties are separated, and approvals leave a trail. When an auditor asks who could have released that payment, the evidence already exists.
ERP work follows the same three stages as everything else we do, Assess, Implement, Support, but the checkpoints matter more here, because a bad ERP cutover stops the business from invoicing.
We map how money and materials actually move through your business today, not how the org chart says they do. That covers your current systems, your chart of accounts, approval authority, reporting requirements, and the integrations you depend on. From it we produce a recommendation on product, scope, and phasing, with an honest cost and timeline. If a phased rollout beats a big-bang launch, we will say so.
Configuration, data migration, and integration proceed against an agreed design. We clean and load master data early so you find the problems while they're cheap to fix, then run a parallel close against your existing system to prove the new one produces the same numbers. Users are trained on their own data before go-live, and security roles are designed alongside the process rather than bolted on at the end.
We stay on after go-live for the first close, the first audit, and the first Microsoft release wave. Ongoing support covers user questions, report changes, integration monitoring, and periodic review of security roles as people change jobs, the step almost everyone skips, and the one that causes the audit finding.
